What this website collects, what it does not, and how to reach us about it.

    Who this covers.

    This notice applies to the public website at https://www.aqvionlabs.com, operated by AQVION LABS. It does not replace a contract we sign with you for professional work.

    What we collect.

    If you email, call, or write to us, we receive what you send — typically a name, contact details, company, and the content of the message. Use those channels only if you are content for us to hold that information in order to reply.

    The on-site contact form validates in the browser. It is not connected to a delivery channel yet, so a submission is not sent to us. Until that changes, use the published email or telephone numbers.

    Our hosting provider records ordinary technical logs while serving the site (such as IP address, user agent, and the pages requested) in order to deliver, secure, and diagnose the website.

    The homepage may store a single session flag in the browser so the intro animation plays once. That value stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is not sent to us.

    What we do not collect.

    This website does not currently run advertising, analytics, or marketing pixels. We do not sell personal information.

    How we use it.

    Information you send is used to respond to the enquiry and, if it leads to work, to continue that conversation. Technical logs are used to operate and secure the site.

    The site is hosted by a third-party provider. That provider processes technical data as needed to run the website. We do not share enquiry correspondence for advertising.

    Retention and your requests.

    Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Hosting logs follow the provider's ordinary retention.

    You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have given us by writing to info@aqvionlabs.com. We will need enough detail to find the relevant records.

    Children and changes.

    This website is not directed at children.

    If the way the site handles information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
